Another writing assignment again and this time I'll give you a kind of riddle. I'll give you some clues and you have to guess what is it.
It is a very useful thing and made of plastics. It helps me in saving something which is important for me. It has a unique and cute shape. It has a little hole in the top side. The color also interesting. It is a combination between 2 colors, white and red. Although it doesn't have a big size but it can contain so many things.
So can you guess what is it ???

SUNDAK BEACH

This time, I'd like to describe about one of the beautiful beach in Gunung Kidul. The name of the beach is Sundak. Unlike Baron and Drini beach, Sundak beach is quiet. Its contour is not ideal for fishermen to dock their boats so that there is no fisherman there. In addition, food stalls are outside the beach area. Since it is not as popular as Baron beach, only few visitors visit this beach. However, its beauty can’t be defeated by the more popular beach.
It location is in Tanjungsari, Gunung Kidul. It's about 30 kilometers from Wonosari, the capital city of Gunung Kidul. Sundak beach has white sand and rocky hills on the right and the left as a border of the view. On the east hill, there is a building for observing the surrounding or for meditation if you like. From top of the hill, we can see the beautiful view of the beach, small rocky island and the sunset if you’re lucky. It also has a camp area which is large and surrounded by trees. Just like the others camp area, it has bathrooms and the other facilities for camping.
At last I will say, Sundak is wonderful.

This is my sister’s picture. Her name is Valentina Maria Kurniawati and we can call her Nia. But some of her friends call her “wono” because of our hometown is Wonosari. She is 21 years old and she’s still study at Pharmacy Faculty of Gajah Mada University.

She has long straight black hair and a little pointed nose as we can see on the picture. She wears eyeglasses because she has some problem with her eyesight. She cannot read a word in 3 metres without eyeglasses (word in a normal size of course…). And just like the other Javanese people my sister has dark brown skin. Not really dark but that’s what people said.

There is nothing special with her face (except her acnes I think…). She has an oval face and a beautiful smile (maybe…?). In fact we’re not really resembled although we’re sisters (based on the face). People said that our resemblance was in our voice. Some people couldn’t differentiate between us if they just heard our voice without saw us. But my mom said that my voice is heavier than my sister.

My sister can take so much expression in front of camera. She can act as if she is happy, sad, confused, annoyed, excited, etc.

Or just being silly like this…………………………..
So…that’s my sister. In Indonesian we called her “narsis”. Sometimes she could be a silly person like this and sometimes she could be a serious person in a particular time. “Everything has its own time “, she said. Don’t be too serious in a pleasure time and don’t be too relaxed if it’s the time to be serious. That’s one thing that I learnt from her.

EWD

Last Sunday I joined the EWD (English Welcoming Days) with the others PBI's new member. EWD was an event which for the new students of PBI. It took place 2 days, 7th-8th September 2008 ( Sunday-Monday) in Wonogondang camping ground.

There were so many activities in EWD. First was expo from lectures and PROCESS in Sanata Dharma University's hall. They were explain all about PBI. We had launch at about 12 a.m and went to Wonogondang at 2.30 p.m with truck. An unusual transportation, wasn't it?

After a little bit long travel we arrived in Wonogondang. We had some break later until 5 p.m.
After that we had another activity called Yell-yell Competition. Each of the groups must presented their yell on the stage. Then we had the second expo from the PROCESS' division until 8.30 p.m. The next activity was Talent Show. Each of the groups must presented a short drama with their group partner. In the other hands, each performance was consist of two groups.

In the dawn we had tracking activity until 6 a.m. We hadn't enough time to sleep. I just slept for about a half hour. At 8 a.m we got some snack and we had the out bond at 9 a.m. That was the tiredness activity of the whole day. I got injured on my finger and my leg. We had wet and I felt so cold. But I enjoyed it.

The last activity was the awards announcement. There were 4 categories to announced. They were The Best Yell, The Best GL (Group Leader), The Best Group, and The Best Out bond's Group. My group got nothing. I felt a little bit sad but I enjoyed the EWD very much.

We must cleaned the camp area before we went home. There were so much garbage to cleaned. In the bathrooms, around the tents, and around the stage. I was so tired. I wasn't patient to go home and took a rest. Finally the trucks came. We went to Sanata Dharma University at 4 p.m and arrived there at about 5.30 p.m.

I got many things to learn from joined the EWD. I can learn about friendship, cooperation, patience, and many more. I also got a new experience, new friends.

Haiiii...!
My full name is Yasintha Vita Wahyuningsih and you can call me VITA. I was born in Gunungkidul,January 19 1990.I'm 18 years old. I have a sister. Her name is NIA and she's 21 years old right now.I live in Wonosari, a little town southern Yogyakarta.I love my hometown very much.There are so many beaches and beautiful places to visited. Baron beach is the most popular beach.
I like to reading comics and novels, watching cartoon movies, listening music, watching football match with my sister and sometime I'm used to playing basketball with my friends. I also like to draw comic when I'm in "my mood". Actually I'm not good in drawing, but it's OK for a beginner like me.
